Our Approach to Website Accessibility
Last updated: October 2026
Philsupports Windows & Siding wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use philsupports.property. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want this site to work for as many people as we can reach. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Organize pages with clear headings and a logical layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the whole site workable by keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We look the site over from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If part of the site is hard for you to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@philsupports.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@philsupports.property and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Request a callback
